By placing an order or using the Bellatis website (bellatis.com), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our service or place an order.
Bellatis Ltd is an e-commerce company based in Kigali, Rwanda, specialising in cosmetics and beauty products. We sell directly to customers through our website and via WhatsApp ordering. All prices on this website are displayed in Rwandan Francs (RWF).
All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to: • Limit quantities of any product per order. • Discontinue any product without prior notice. • Correct any listing errors (including pricing) and cancel orders affected by such errors. Product images are for illustrative purposes. Slight variations in colour or packaging may occur due to photography and screen display differences. This does not affect the quality or authenticity of the product.
All prices are in Rwandan Francs (RWF) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice; however, the price shown at the time you place your order is the price you will be charged. Payment is due at the time of order confirmation. We currently accept mobile money (MTN MoMo, Airtel Money) and cash on delivery within Kigali. We do not store any payment credentials on our servers.
You may place an order through: • Our website checkout: fill in your details and confirm your order online. • WhatsApp ordering: using the "Order via WhatsApp" option, which connects you directly with our team at +250 794 488 115. An order is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from Bellatis (via email or WhatsApp). We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or stock unavailability.
We currently deliver within Kigali City only, covering all sectors of Gasabo, Kicukiro, and Nyarugenge districts. • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Standard delivery typically takes 1–3 business hours after order confirmation. • Delivery fees, if applicable, will be communicated to you before your order is confirmed. • Bellatis is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather, public holidays). • You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address (sector). We are not liable for failed deliveries due to an incorrect address.
Due to the nature of cosmetics and personal care products, we have the following return policy: • Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. • Opened cosmetics, skincare, or personal care products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the product is defective or not as described. • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence sent to bellatisgroup@gmail.com or +250 794 488 115. Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
All products sold by Bellatis Ltd are 100% authentic and sourced from authorised suppliers. We do not sell counterfeit or expired products. If you believe a product you received is not genuine, please contact us immediately.
Creating an account is optional but allows you to track orders and save addresses. You are responsible for: • Providing accurate and up-to-date account information. • Keeping your login credentials confidential. • All activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree not to use our website or services to: • Place fraudulent or false orders. • Abuse our return or refund process. • Harass, threaten, or harm Bellatis staff. • Violate any applicable Rwandan or international law.
All content on the Bellatis website including product images, descriptions, logos, and design is owned by or licensed to Bellatis Ltd. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by Rwandan law, Bellatis Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Rwanda.
We may update these Terms at any time. The current version with its "Last Updated" date will always be available on this page. Continued use of our website or placing an order after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
